Free Vince Delmonte Meal Plan…Thanks Vince!
Vince Delmonte has provided two free high protein meal plans on his blog today and if you keep on reading you will find another free source of Vince Delmonte meal plans. These plans are great to use when you are taking part in high intensity weight training. So if you you are an ectomorph, mesomorph or an endomorph body type follow these diet plans for 4 weeks and see what changes your body goes through.
It is always worth getting your body fat measured before you begin this diet and then again afterwards. This can be done very easily at home with body fat calipers which you should easily be able to come across at sports equipments stores. Remember the phrase “what you can’t measure you can’t manage”. So if you want to manage your muscle levels and weight loss/gain, then your going to need to measure your results.
I am glad to see that Vince recommends a few good sized servings of vegetables every day on these meal plans and if you can have those veggies raw then it is even better. In fact, raw veggies are packed full of enzymes that can help you to digest your food better. So if you are suffering from the typical bodybuilding diet problems such as, gas, indigestion, heartburn, etc, then including raw veggies a few times per day in you meals will help get rid of these problems.
Vince’s meal plans are based on what he learned from the “top guns” at Empowered Nutrition after he went through their 12 week transformation program (this was before Vince became well known).
