I just wanted to write a quick post about my experiences with a new advanced muscle building program that I’m putting to the test and getting pretty cool results.
As most of you know there is a never ending amount of advice, routines, tips and techniques to build muscle mass and achieve a buffed and cut body. But at the end of the day you just need to pick a hopefully “proven” system and just roll with it for a month or two. My muscle building adventures really began that day when I really committed myself and started to take building muscle seriously.
I have been lifting weight for over 4 years now but more seriously in the past 2 years. It’s only been in the past year though that I have been achieving awesome results. And the key is focus. I stopped visiting every bodybuilding forum trying to find the perfect routine and stopped asking questions that would receive hundreds of replies that were all confusing and sometimes even totally wrong!
My basic story is that I spent most of my life frightfully thin and totally embarassed because I resembled a stick. It wasn’t until I discoverd a “hardgainer” routine which was designed exactly for my body type that I started to get results and finally gained muscle mass. But then I needed a more advanced routine so I could increase my mass further but all the ones I tried worked for a bit but then I would always hit a plateau and no growth would happen at all. It was very, very shit to say the least! People who train with weights seriously know about what I’m talking about and it is a very frustrating experience to be working out so hard but no seeing any results.
So I took some time off working out, this was the last thing that I wanted to do but I needed time to come up with a new plan. My muscle building adventure had been put on complete hold until I was surfing the Internet on a Sunday and found a great new advanced muscle building program that completely changed the way I look at working out.
Don’t get me wrong there are plenty of great muscle building programs and routines available but this one really worked well for me and continues to work well. My muscle growth has increased dramatically from this really intense and powerful routine. I have been doing this new system for about two months now and I will be posting up pictures very soon to show my results. So stay tuned.
